The Department of Marine Engineering at PSN College of Engineering and Technology, established in 2002, offers a 4-year B.E. Marine Engineering program approved by the Directorate General of Shipping (DGS), Mumbai, and affiliated with Anna University. Conferred with Autonomous status by UGC, the department has earned an A2 grade in the Comprehensive Inspection Programme. With a fully equipped Ship-in-Campus, advanced laboratories, simulator facilities, and a dedicated department library, students receive rigorous hands-on training alongside academic learning. Experienced faculty including Chief Engineers, Captains, and senior officers mentor cadets with discipline and professional values. Eligibility: 10+2 PCM ≥60%, English ≥50%, age <25, DG medical fit, 6/6 eyesight, passport required.
