Basic Safety Training
Eligibility: 10th pass, age 18–30, medically fit, complete STCW PST, FPFF, EFA, PSSR, full attendance.
Security Trng. for Seafarer with Designated Security Duties
Eligibility: Completed STCW safety training, assigned designated security duties, covers ship security, threat assessment, certificate issued mandatory.
Basic Training for Oil and Chemical Tanker Cargo Operations
Eligibility: Completed STCW, assigned oil/chemical tanker cargo duties, CoP certificate issued upon completion, mandatory for service.
Basic Training for Liquified Gas Tanker Cargo Operations
Eligibility: Completed STCW, pre-sea training, valid CDC, medically fit, assigned to gas tanker duties (deck/engine).
Crisis Management and Human Behaviour
Eligibility: Completed STCW safety training, responsible for emergency response, covers crisis management, human behaviour, certificate issued.
Crowd Management, Passenger Safety and Safety Training
Eligibility: Completed STCW safety training, assigned passenger ship duties, covers crowd control, evacuation, certificate issued mandatory.
Familiarization Course for Medical Examiner of Seafarers
Eligibility: Registered medical practitioner, valid Indian license, trained in seafarer medical standards, eligible for DG Shipping approval.
🔄 Refresher Courses
Refresher Training for Advanced Training in Fire Fighting
Eligibility: Previously ATFF certified seafarers; refresher updates fire prevention, firefighting, teamwork, emergencies; renewal mandatory under STCW.
Refresher Training for Proficiency in PST
Eligibility: Previously PST certified seafarers; refresher updates survival skills, life-saving appliances use, drills, safety compliance, mandatory renewal.
Refresher Course for Medical Examiner of Seafarers
Eligibility: Approved Medical Examiner, refresher for renewal; covers medical standards, assessments, documentation, updates; certificate issued mandatory.
